In this class, you will learn:

- How to bake a three-toned Brioche bun from scratch.
- How to bake ‘ghost face’ olive fougasse scratch.
- How to infuse spices with dried fruits.
- Shaping and folding techniques
- Sourdough decorative scoring
- Shaping of pumpkin style bread
- Making ‘ghost face’ olive fougasse.
- How to grow and maintain your own starter from scratch
- Different types of flour and their uses.
